Profiled steel plates are usually classified in a variety of ways depending on the application site, plate wave height, lap joint structure, and material. Common classification methods are as follows:
(1) Classified according to the application site - divided into roof panels, wall panels, floor decks and ceiling panels, etc. In use, colored steel plates are used as wall decoration panels at the same time, and the architectural decoration effect is relatively novel and unique.
(2) Classified by wave height - divided into high wave board (wave height ≥ 70mm), medium wave board (wave height < 70mm) and low wave board (wave height < 30mm)
(3) Classification by substrate material - divided into hot-dip galvanized substrate, hot-dip galvanized substrate and hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate.
(4) Classified according to the structure of the plate seam - divided into lap joint, undercut and buckle structure. Among them, the undercut and crimped medium and high wave panels should be used as roof panels with high waterproof requirements; the lapped medium and high wave panels should be used as floor panels; the lapped low wave panels should be used as wall panels.
It is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, large span steel structure house roof, wall and inner and outer wall decoration, with light weight, high strength, rich color, convenient construction, seismic, fire, rain, long life, free of maintenance and other characteristics, has been widely promoted and applied.
