PPGI coated coil is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than galvanized steel sheets.
The base metal for PPGI consist of cold-rolled steel, Hot dip galvanized steel and hot dip galvalume steel The coating material is as following: Polyester, Silicon modified polyester, Polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester ,etc.
Production process : one coating one baking, double coating one baking, double coating double baking, three coating three baking ,etc.
According to surface treatment, PPGI/PPGL contains : Regular, Embossed and Printed.
