Galvanized steel belt type  

1, hot dip galvanized steel belt.  A sheet of steel is dipped into a molten zinc bath so that it adheres to a sheet of zinc on its surface.  

2, alloyed galvanized steel strip.  This steel plate is also made by hot dip, but it is heated to about 500℃ immediately after the groove, so that it generates an alloy film of zinc and iron.  This galvanized sheet has good bonding and weldability.  

3. Zinc steel plate.  This galvanized steel strip made by electroplating has good machinability.  But the coating is thinner and the corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized sheet.  

4, single-sided galvanized and double-sided difference galvanized steel belt.  Single-sided galvanized steel strip, that is, galvanized only on one side of the product.  It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, rust prevention and processing.  In order to overcome the shortcomings of single side not coated with zinc, and a thin layer of zinc coated on the other side of the galvanized sheet, that is, double-sided difference galvanized sheet.  

5.  Alloy and composite galvanized steel strip.  It is an alloy made of zinc and other metallic metals such as lead, and even a composite plated steel plate.  This kind of steel plate has both excellent anti-rust properties and good coating properties.
