galvalume steel sheet is a kind of aluminium-zinc alloy with 55% surface coating. The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum and 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight ratio, respectively. The production process of galvalume steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and galvalume steel sheet, which is continuous melting coating process. galvalume steel sheet with 55% aluminium-zinc alloy coating have superior corrosion resistance compared with galvanized steel plates of the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. The galvalume steel sheet with 55% aluminium-zinc alloy coating not only has good corrosion resistance, but also excellent adhesion and flexibility.
